Health Care Fraud Education Project
Center for Advocacy for the Rights and Interests of the Elderly (CARIE)

The CARIE LINE is a free telephone service for and about older adults providing options counseling and problem resolution regarding resources, services and benefits, with special assistance offered to victims of crime or abuse. PAVE (Providing Advocacy for Victimized Elders) provides CARIE LINE services as well as court accompaniment to Philadelphia's Criminal Justice Center and other assistance navigating the criminal justice system.
